This hotel has its ups and downs. The location is lovely and lush, near some attractions and close to the U-Bahn station U Dahlem-Dorf. The service is average, with some friendly staff but could be improved. The dining experience offers good quality food options until 10:30 only. The rooms need minor renovation due to extreme heat caused by glass walls and lack of proper sleep conditions. However, the facilities are satisfactory.

The rooms were spacious and modern, although not perfectly clean, with no nice view. The service was friendly and helpful, with more breakfast options recommended. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the Freie Universität, offering a peaceful stay away from the bustling center but close to the train station.
